Flossing can get a little tricky with a wire running along your teeth. The main technique to master is getting the floss under the wire. You can use floss threaders as an aid or just manually thread the floss under the wire. Once in place, gather enough floss in each hand and floss between the two teeth you can as you normally would. Using a C shape, bring the floss as far under the gum as possible and rock the floss back and forth as you work along the surface of your tooth toward the wire. After flossing both teeth, remove the floss and thread it under the wire again for the next set fo teeth.
